    aber!&#8220;-Argument von Seiten einiger Zuh&ouml;rer, Diskutanten und
    Manager-Kollegen hoch. Und dieses Argument hat mit Vertrauen zu tun.<o:=

    k&ouml;nne Beyond Budgeting einfach nicht funktionieren&#8230; und wenn
    doch, dann eben nur in merkw&uuml;rdigen Ausnahme-Firmen in Schweden, o=

    und gem&auml;chlich &uuml;ber diesen Punkt nachzusinnen. &#8222;Menschen
    sind im Grunde genommen erstmal vertrauensw&uuml;rdig&#8220; w&uuml;rde
    sich dann n&auml;mlich so mancher Manager denken. &#8222;Wir m&uuml;ssen
    nur einen positiven Lernprozess in Gang setzen. Und die Prozesse der
    Wertsch&ouml;pfung allesamt mit organischen Kontrollen durch Kollegen,
    Kunden und Quasi-&Ouml;ffentlichkeit (Transparenz!) versehen. So brauche
    ich dann als Chef nicht mehr viel zu kontrollieren. Und das Vertrauen k=
