What makes us different?
We are not a ‘traditional’ consulting firm with partners and consultants, and do not need to maintain ‘gearing’ in our
staff-to-partner mix. We take only a few clients at a time and work with them personally. As a peer company within the BBRT global network
we are part of a research collaborative as well as being an advisory services firm.
Our interest in consulting engagements is as much towards serving the further development of the concepts of the
‘Beyond Budgeting’ model as it is in running a consulting business. We select the clients with whom we work with this
in mind.
Our change management methodology is both simple and radically devoted to creating transformational change within the client
organization. A blend of methodologies and tools are used to create broad-based empowerment and lasting, sustainable change that will be anchored in your organization´s culture.
We apply step-by-step "evolutionary" project management techniques to reduce implementation risks and to deliver program benefits quickly and continuously throughout the process.
We do not charge our consulting fees on a per-diem or per-hour basis, but based on value creation for our clients.
As consultants we enable our clients to achieve their goals by helping them install, implement or improve processes, procedures and systems. Our process knowledge extends across a number of disciplines and numerous business segments.
